sometimes when i skip a meal ill get lightheaded which means that my blood sugar is low{What google says} and then ill eat something not just sugary things but anything will help me feel normal again i looked this up and it said it could be a sign of predicates. im a healthy weight 125 pounds 5 feet 5 inches male i could exercise and eat a little bit better but thats it. is this true that feeling lightheaded when you skip meals {because of the low blood sugar if thats what it even is} can be a sign of it?

It is normal to feel like that when skipping a meal and doesn't mean diabetes.
