So I've had a really awful week. I'm pretty sure I experienced a panic attack over Christmas and haven't felt right since even though I've had days with some relief. I've been experiencing the following:
- Feeling 'spaced out' and ' fuzzy' in my head. No one can seem to understand this, all I seem to get from my family is " well that's not right for someone who doesn't do drugs/drink". No one can seem to understand what sensation I mean.
- Increased sensitivity to light. This doesn't seem to be constant but it's more noticeable than usual for me.
- Appearing absolutely fine/ coherent etc to others yet in myself, I just don't feel "right".
- when I am laying down/ in bed this feeling does seem to ease or go away completely.
I will be checking in with my doctor about this. However it's been so weird and frightening. It's not like I am experiencing pain or any other outward symptoms so it's very hard to describe and make sense of.
