I would just like to thank everyone who has given me help and support following the sudden and untimely death of my father. This is a very hard and scary time for me and reading your messages each day reminds me that i am not alone. Thankyou.x

Hi, You are most welcome. I hope that you are feeling alittle better. I too have lost a parent, my mom at age 20. I know everybody is telling you that it takes time to heal. I can tell you that this is true, even thou you don't want to hear that at the moment. As time went on for me I have found that the pain and sorrow have melted away.

Just be good to yourself and rest up some. You have had a very stressful week and that will take some time to undo.
