I am hoping to start an anxiety depression group in the Morley Town area of Leeds. Specifically Wetherspoons as it caters for most tastes.

I have a couple of female friends who have anxiety and would come with me.
A social group who can hopefully have a chat and laugh and take comfort from the shared empathy of each other. Talking is nice but not essential. I have Social Anxiety General Anxiety disorder Depression Self harm to name but a few and would struggle myself.
I set one up in Leeds through No more panic meet ups that lasted a couple of years and there were usually about 6 to 10 of us each time - it fizzled out eventually.
