Hi Friends
I have been suffering Ocd since 19th of October and this time its though one.Because the medication as i normally take didnt work(Lustral).I am on Mirtazapine 30mg.I am at the moment doing myself cognative thearaphy kinda of like The Four Steps
Step 1: Relabel
Recognize the intrusive thoughts and urges as due to OCD.

Step 2: Reattribute
Realize that the intensity and intrusiveness of the thought or urge is caused by OCD; it is probably due to a biochemical imbalance in the brain. Remember, "it's not me, it's the OCD."

Step 3: Refocus
Work around the OCD thoughts by focussing attention on something else, at least for a few minutes. Do not give in to a compulsion.

Step 4: Revalue
Do not take the OCD thought at face value. It is not significant in itself
it works but the enxiesty feeling is terribele iiritability, shaking, lost interest exc..
It has been 11.tablet today..

i just wonder if those feelings go away and i will be the old myself happy cheerfull...
Everthing related eachother
Ocd,Anxiesty,Social Phobia..
sometimes i really feel like i am out of control but keep telling myself this is not me this is OCD..
