Feel so ill

My symptoms of upper abdominal pain and nausea are back. Had them for long periods over 9 years and drs can't find out whats wrong. Now I feel like Im going to faint or die its awful. I just dont believe the drs and Im scared. I am on fluoxetine all this time. Had several tests over the years but pain never goes for long. Had a good period of relief before Christmas for 3 weeks or so. Bad as ever now. Feel sure something awful will happen. I am so scared.

My legs are shaking and burning . I feel so ill like I am dying. I tried diaphragmatic breathing earlier to try and cope but it all got worse half an hour after. I can' t believe I feel so bad again.
I feel terrible bitterness towards doctors.
