Endometriosis diagnostic

I received this diagnostic on January 3rd. I am confused and scared.
For the past 3 days I've been looking up endo horror stories and driving myself crazy to the point that i can barely function.

Does anyone have any experience with this?

I do. Where you actually diagnosed with endometriosis? How did they diagnose it?

Hi AntsyVee. Yes i was actually diagnosed with it. My mri reviled a 2x2 cm endometrioma on my right ovary.
Besides the endometioma, i don't know how extended the disease is.
Do you have it as well?

The women in my family have it and my tests were inconclusive when they did the scans and ultrasounds. I was on birth control for over 10 years, and after having gone off it, I’ve been asymptomatic for 3 years.

So if your test were inconclusive, how do you know you have it?
May i ask how old you are? What kind of birth control have you been on?

I’m not sure I have it, I’m just assuming because all the other women have it. I was on the generic form of Yaz. I’m 38.
