Longtime HA sufferer. Had a pretty good year actually but HA back now with a vengeance. For the past couple of weeks, I’ve had this weird pain in the top of my head. It sometimes feels more like a headache, but more often it’s just a pain in a smallish area. And what’s freaking me out is it’s triggered by leaning over. No sinus problems. No other major symptoms other than being more tired than usual.

I know the drill, not googling, etc. Have a GP appointment tomorrow. Just looking for some community over the next few days. Anyone have any experience with anything like this? It’s the locations and the leaning over that have me really spooked.

Thanks all.

I’ve had this before, for me it was a muscle strain. There are muscles in your head and neck region that can cause become strained and cause pain at the top of the head
