Feeling So Sad

Hi All,

Please can I have a Hug as I just found out a friend of mine has passed away.

She is a very special and amazing lady.

She mentored me on No Panic a few years ago and we kept in contact eversince I also went out to visit her in Ireland. I was getting worried as although i had been e-mailing and texting I hadn't heard from her for a while. I had an e-mail from her husband today letting me know that she had died in July.

sorry about your friend and how you feel, you mustnt feel guilty though -what have you got to be guilty for? you havent done anything wrong! this is what my therapist told me when i was feeling guilt about something. if we havent done something intentional then there is no reason to feel guilty. :hugs: :flowers:

Feeling guilty is a natural emotion in the grieving process but you having nothing to feel guilty about. With time this emotion will pass and the sadness will be replaced with the happy memories which will stay in your heart forever. Perhaps you could do something to remember who by such as planting something once the shock has passed.
