Is this a migraine

I have pain on the right side of my head around my eye and in my neck that only hurts when I I start to move, also feel sick and dizzy. I seem to get headaches like this around my period, I also didn’t sleep well last night. Is this a migraine? I don’t want to google but they stress me out.

Certainly does sound like a migraine, yes. Have you seen a doctor about them as they can be treated to lessen severity.

No I haven’t as I always thought they were tension headaches but was confused why they got worse when moving then I read something that said migraines get worse when moving and it clicked. They aren’t really severe tho? Definitely horrible but not how I’ve heard people describe migraines, I normally just get on with it and put up with the pain until the pain killers kick in.

Yes, that sounds like a migraine, probably triggered by your period. Mine are also not debilitating like a lot of people describe. I can get on with my day but it's still miserable. I find Excedrin helps the most for me.
