Did they get my diagnosis right?

The reason I ask this is I went to a private place in Harley street and since my return I’ve tried to email them for a follow up appointment and had no reply. I’ve emailed them 3 times. This makes me think they diagnosed me wrong and weren’t a legit company. Is that silly? They had decent reviews online and it all seemed legit? Is this just my health anxiety playing havoc with me?

Can I also be so bold as to suggest Katy - that I would certainly appreciate it if you go back to previous threads. When time and effort goes into replies, and people don't return to the threads at all to update or acknowledge people it grates somewhat, especially when in your case you never return to any of them after the first post. You aren't alone in this, and it may be that you do read the replies, but don't say anything. Just thought I'd mention it as you may find that people stop replying for this reason in future.
