So this was new about a year and bit ago and grew to this size. Is this normal? https://ibb.co/X24YG8L I can't be sure if that dot has always been in it. Sorry, I know I was doing well.

It's small like 2-3mm it looks bigger in the photo

We aren't doing this now Rebecca. You have started therapy and were making progress in stopping the checking and reassurance....this would not be appropriate or helpful to you to comment on today's minor obsession.

Then you will know that taking pictures of a freckle - A FRECKLE! - and comparing to old pictures, and posting them online is only going to be a step backwards.

How about you reassure yourself and use some logic ? Make a list of why this is just a freckle and try to challenge your perspective on what is important and what isn't regarding health. ! Or you will need to live with the discomfort until you see your therapist later this week.
