Here we go again :( Ears Ringing

I suffer health axiety, and general Anxiety

2wks Ago i treated my wife to a weekend break, it was aher 40th and i wanted it tobe perfect. I spent most of the time worrying to myself about various thing mostly my eyes, a few things trouble me over the break and for a week after the break i was all on edge and felt really rough.

Since getting back i've had a Ringing in my ears. :(

Its a high pitch ringing that mostly i hear when im in bed. Throughout the day it doesn't really bother me.

Im not dizzy or anything like that but its now kicking my anxiety off :(

Does anyone else suffer with there Ears Ringing due to there Anxiety?? im getting worried.

When I had high blood pressure due to pre-eclampsia, my ears were ringing and pulsing.

Can you go to doctor and check blood pressure for peace of mind?

With tinnitus it's best to schedule an appointment with your doctor and get it checked out, if you haven't already. I've had it before and in my case it was because of a sinus infection and wax build up. But that was just me in my case, but you might want to get it checked out because it can be caused by lots of things.
