So I've been having a daily struggle with anxiety for about a week now, and it's getting off the rails. I can barely eat because I'm constantly stressed. My stomach is upset with me. I'm hungry and tired and just all-around done.
The worst part is, I'll have a day where I'm almost fine. Yesterday I ate all three full meals, hung out with friends, and stayed relatively calm. But today I'm back in the spiral. I was in it on Tuesday, and over the weekend. I'm so, so tired of it, but I can't figure out how to break free. It seems to be alternating now between fine/not fine days, and I want to just have no stress days...
Anyone got suggestions?
