I read in one of the articles that Rescue Remedy from bachcenter.com is effective. Thinking of ordering one (although shipping is very expensive, 50 euro), but wanted to ask if anyone as experience using it? Thanks

I've used it, to no effect whatsoever. I've put drops in water to sip. I've put it direct into my mouth. I've even tipped the bottle into my mouth. Zilch.
I don't know if it's a placebo effect that works for some or what but I think the only calming ingredient is the tiny bit of alcohol in the bottle.:D

I think it’s the effect of stopping for a few seconds and grounding yourself by focusing on the Bach’s instead of the panic. I always have it nearby and I think that for me it helps because it stops the spiral.

There's nothing really lost if it doesn't work since it's cheap so why not try it? I know some people who say it helps calm their dogs which is interesting.

In my case shipping was expensive, but they offered a cheaper alternative and that's why I ordered it.
