I’m having severe anxiety over traveling.

I get this anxiety before I travel. I have planned a 2 month trip but no one could go with me. I have a few different health issues but I worry about so many other things that could happen.
It is debilitating and pissing off my husband. Instead of support, he yells and gets frustrated, saying that I should control this myself.

My big trip trip is in a week and I feel like canceling!
