Hey am Matt.

Am 20 I suffer from agrophobia an anxiety. I have been like this for around 7yrs now.

I would say am better, but am not really I have seen around 3 different Physcologist things are going ok with my current one so am always online so I guess I'll be a regular on here thanks.

I suffer with general anxiety and agoraphobia too.
I have had the anxiety for many years and the agoraphobia came from me avoiding certain places and situations. Vicious circle! :wacko:
