Small nose bleed

Guys, just a quick question: would small nose bleeds be normal with a long cold, cough? I do not have nose bleed in general, but had little this morning, and later when I cleaned my nose with a tissue, it shows traces of blood in one nostril. Last night I had a coughing spell, but this has been a long and nasty cold, and I know several people at work, and also my husband, who have had it. The only thing that it mostly DID NOT include nose running, although I do have infection overall in my respiratory aparatus, and I saw my GP few days ago. I just do not know whether sudden blood in one nostril should warrant a doctor's visit? And why now, when I am (slowly) recovering?

I get random noise bleeds all the time, some last longer than others. I really wouldn't worry about it x
