Breathless, Can't Yawn, Tight Oesophagus, Suffocating

Hi everyone,

I've been having an odd group of symptoms this last while:



Short of breath, can't get a full breath and can't yawn;
Feeling of tight, gripping, clenching sensation in my oesophagus (food pipe) which feels like I'm suffocating


Can anyone help or share their story if they've had similar symptoms?
