I have been experiencing tingling in my hands, primarily my left hand for around 7 years now. This symptom makes it quite challenging to type. For example, I’ll make simple mistakes, through pressing wrong buttons on my keyboard. It’s not impossible to type, though and my right hand does seem to compensate for the lack of strength. I’m just wondering, does anyone else experience this symptom? It is especially noticeable when typing. It’s a combination of weakness and tingling in my left hand, comparable to pins and needles but not quite as strong. Does this sound like anxiety?

It sounds like carpal tunnel or some other kind of wrist problem. Have you ever seen the doc about it?

Never, as I assumed it was just another anxiety symptom. I will go soon, though. Thanks.
