Hi all
So I have mild asthma and have had from the time my anxiety was diagnosed 10 years ago and shortness of breath has always been an issue for me. I can go weeks without using my rescue inhaler but still feel tightness in my throat. I have had ecgs etc in the past all ok and my asthma reviews have been ok and I had a chest x ray last week and all was ok. It's just hard to tell if it's the anxiety or asthma as they both feed each other. I've just started to get back to the gym as I am about 50 pounds overweight at the moment which I don't think is helping me either
Any advice or personal experiences would be great
