Sweating

Does anyone else suffer from this? Today I suddenly felt really hot and panicky and sweat was literally beading on my forehead and running down my back. I felt really sick and was convinced I was going to faint I felt so hot and dizzy. Luckily it passed but I often feel hot and sweat at night. Does anyone else get this? Is it part of anxiety?

yea what you say sounds like typical anxiety I used to swear a hell of a lot too, the one thing that i found that did help was a can of spray its called cool aid i think people use it when they go on holiday you can buy it in most supermarkets, one spray cools you down instantly and helps to stop you feeling sick and dizzy.
