Swollen collarbone

Has anyone ever had a puffy area above their collarbone, not a lump as such it just looks swollen. I'm absolutely petrified I have lung cancer, I had chest pains and back ache and now this. Waiting on a neck ultrasound but its literally taking over my life 😢
