hi everyone! my name is sam, and I'm a college student! this past october, a woman who i considered to be like a mother to me passed suddenly due to a health complication nobody would have seen coming. since then, i have been coping with death, my own health, and anxiety surrounding the two. im looking forward to chatting with people about how they handle their anxieties/are able to lead their lives free from the constant pain of health anxiety. i wish you all luck on your journeys!:)
