Back again!

Hello, my name is Megan, I'm a university student in the US. I had an account on here a couple years ago when I was dealing with some major health anxiety and this forum/site was very helpful in calming me down. About two years later, I've got HA back again and this time its accompanied with panic attacks. So, I decided to make a new account. My panic attacks, particularly the ones related to HA are borderline debilitating.
