Blood in snot

Hi all so for the past few weeks I’ve been noticing blood in my snot, in the morning my nose feels a bit ‘Full’ when I blow it there’s snot with blood mixed in.

occasionally get this later in the day too, do I need to see a doc about this?

i don’t have a runny nose and the blood is not flowing out

Sounds like a broken blood vessel/capillary in your nose which is common after a cold, or with allergies and also if you use a lot of cortisone type nasal spray. I wouldn't worry about it unless it becomes profuse. Try using a saline spray and blow your nose gently.
The reason you get it again at the end of the day is that it has only partially healed then you blow it again.
