Asymmetric neck

This is perhaps a slightly strange one. I've noticed recently that my neck, specifically the front around the adam's apple seems to be asymmetric.

The adam's apple seems to sit slightly to the left of centre. and when I swallow it seems to move to the left as it rises up. The lines of what feel like thick muscle either side of the adam's apple seem to show this as well, in that the adam's apple seems to be nearer to the left one than the right.

I don't have any concerning symptoms in the throat or neck area, but find the asymmetry pretty odd.

Why not go outside for a walk and get some fresh air? Call an elderly friend or family member and make their day? Pull some non perishable items out of your pantry and donate to a food bank, while your there ask if you van volunteer your time.
