agoraphobia,what a challenge.my partner was taken in to hospital on thursday for an emergency operation.since then I have been alone.trying to get to the local shop to get a few groceries,what an experience.took me 16 times to eventually get there,left me exhausted.they dont have the soya milk I use so today will try and get to the next nearest shop.as an agoraphobic knows thats not easy.bet x

Wow what a get job you did there! I know that isn't easy to keep going, but you can do it. I to don't like shops an went by myself this week. Did alot of praying and deep breathing along the way.An had a friend in my pocket to come with me. I hope that your huddy is better and that he will soon be home.
