I have a trumpet and I am gonna blow it!!!!!!

Well.

weekend away!!!! Yeah so what I hear you say....you have done this before....but this one was different..........................
NO ANX!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
(or very little:winks: !)

I went away with my pal, stayed in a hotel, came back on the bus and just before I hit Edinburgh.......the anx started but I thought 'no' I can do this.....got off the bus and (I want a drum roll here for dramatic effect...............) I did NOT jump straight into a taxi but instead said good bye to my friend (she was going in opposite direction) and trundled myself and my case through the CITY CENTRE:ohmy: :ohmy: :ohmy: (I looked only at the ground and bumped into several people but hey....Rome wasn't built in a day!) and ............(I want another more dramatic drum roll now) and got a BUS....all on my own, with a case and a bag.....

What is the big deal????? Well apart from all the whole weekend away stuff and the anx that would normally come from that, I am more excitted about

fisrtly....City centre..... my nightmare

secondly.....city centre at weekend....my bloody nightmare

thirdly........city centre at weekend with a cumbersome bag and case.....my F nightmare

lastly........city...(Ok, you got the picture...) ALONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ok....I am now off to master Glasgow, Leeds, Manchester, Birmingham, London and Cardiff.....if I can do one....I can do em all! (Next year....maybe:winks: )

the only trumpeting I am doing now is bottom burps! (TOld you my tum was upset!)

GG.....I was in Plymouth just over a year ago, right at the verystart of getting ill. I was on holiday in Devon. Shame I hadn't known you then hun, we coulda had that hug in person!:hugs:
Plymouth, I managed to visit.........very little:blush: I sat outside every time my hubby went somewhere! But I did go on that big wheel down at the coast......and cried (kids were fine!) :wacko:
I look back on that holiday as the start of everything.....even though it wasn't...it was just the start of me realising I needed help.

Anyway....wee trip down memeory lane isn't always good....I will manage Plymouth another day hun, another day!
