Hi Tony
Welcome to the site.
Have a look at the first steps page at: http://www.nomorepanic.co.uk/firststeps.htm There's lots of useful information there.
I get nervous feeling on a morning too, although not so much lately. But I do know that it isn't very nice, I barely have an appetite until mid afternoon.
If you could find a relaxation technique that you like, then that would be a good start. It will help bring the general levels of anxiety down and maybe relieve some of the constant worry and that morning awfulness.
I'm sure you'll find lots of help here though.

look on the rescue remedy posts there are alternatives that could calm you down other than medication

It is not easy to find happiness in ourselves, and it is not possible to find it elsewhere.
Welcome to the site Tony. I know exactly how u feel and so do the other members of the forum. Mornings are a nightmare for me too. I wake up and feel as though a ton of bricks have landed on my head. You will find loads of help from lovely people here. They are all helping me a lot and I know they will help you too.

All problems have a begining and an end!
Hi Tony,
Seroxat was never going to cure you - its job is to mask the symptoms whilst you're on it.
You sound like you would benefit from some CBT - see the home pages.
Nervousness and stress is normal for every person- however when it starts to control you and gets out of all perspective then it turns into an emotional issue such as generalized anxiety disorder.
You may find that your rational thinking processes are all out of perspective. CBT will help address this without needing any meds.
Eating regularly is essential . The first meal is the most vital .Just have a banana if you really cannot face anything else.
