anxiety and psychosis

hello friends !

I also have schizophrenia
which is like a very intense form of anxiety I think
although my medication is pretty successful on the whole

I used to email my aunt all the time to calm myself and stop the panic
and using online resources has helped me to give her a break !

now the psychosis is under control , I'm still left with the panic and anxiety
which my psychiatrist wanted me to get help for

so here I am, looking forward to sharing with you !
