heartbeat body rocking

Hello, I've had anxiety most of my life, so I'm not new to symptoms, but this one is kind of new to me. I felt my heart beat fast the other night whilst watching tv, so of course I got scared, but ever since then, I can always feel my heart beat, and when I am sitting still, it feels like my body is rocking to my heartbeat. Has anyone ever felt this? Is it just anxiety?

Just anxiety I get the same from time to time.
Sometimes when I’ve sat still I sway as well

Used to get it all the time. Still do sometimes. It's normal.
