Howdy yall I hope everyone is doing well !! I had a crazy idea of starting a podcast about my journey threw health anxiety and anxiety in general. I think it would be alot of fun to get involved not only with the no more panic community but just anyone with anxiety. My anxiety always settles down a bit when I can find someone that relates what I'm going threw espically if they have experienced the same symptoms as me. Just want to get some opinions on the idea I know this post isn't technically health anxiety related but I think it would be fun to get everyone involved.
