Anxiety / Depression & Panic Disorder

Hello,

I'm new to NMP, not sure what to expect.

I have anxiety, depression and panic attacks. Currently I'm not working through the severity of my condition but I am making some progressive steps.

Medication has helped the brain chemistry and therapy is helping cognition. But recovery is not linear and can be frustratingly up and down.

Are there any meet up groups that actually hook up and discuss issues and experiences. I'm based West London.
