Sounds silly but I get really bad tension in neck and shoulders and this causes mucus which gives me a constant cough. It seems to be so bad sometimes I convince myself it’s a serious illness. Then it takes over my thoughts and symptoms become worse. I control my anxiety quite well normally until it involves my health and then I start to freak out!
