I had been exercising for about a month completely fine, then recently stopped for 2 weeks because my panic got bad. Now i started exercising today but even after a little exercise i feel really out of breath? Like i can't take a full breath, just shallow, i do have a stuffed nose but breathing through my mouth i still feel short of breath. I'm also worried i might have caught the coronavirus even tho my only symptom is stuffed nose?
