Panic attack

I'm feeling absolutely terrible recently, keep having panic attacks. I have problems with eyes as well for the last fortnight or do.
Does anyone else feel really tired when have panic attacks.

Absolutely, yes. If I had a really bad panic attack it used to leave me feeling so exhausted I could barely move for days.

These days, even the really bad ones tend to only floor me for a day or two.

panic attacks are hard to manage on your own, and they may get worse without treatment so you better go to your doctor. Stay safe my friend.
