3 eggs
2 apples / cooked till soft

Method
Cook your apples until they're soft
Boil your 200mls of apple juice until it reduces down to 50 mls and let it cool
1 Beat sugar and margarine until its soft
2 Add eggs a little at a time
3 Then fold in your flour also a little at a time until you have a creamy mixture
4 Add your reduced down apple juice (50mls) into your mixture
5. Pour half of cake mixture in to baking tin, then add the cooked apple, then pour the rest of the cake mix on top and put into the oven
Cook for 45 mins/or until it feels firm to touch on top
A few of us were just talking in chat and it seems we all have interesting recipes to share with each other so this thread is just for that.
I'm going to start the ball rolling:blush:
This is not a dinner recipe. It is actually a fantastic rub for a sore back:
Use a base oil of sweet almond oil, pour an inch into the bottom of a ramekin dish.
Add 6 drops of each of these essential oils:
Black pepper
Lavender
Rosemary
Chamomile
Massage onto the sore area. This has worked like magic for me.
Fudge Chewies
1-stick butter
2-cups crunchy peanut butter
2- cups oak meal (not instant)
1/2 cup milk
2-cup sugar
pinch of salt
1-tsp vanilla
3-tbs unsweetened coco
Combine sugar, salt, coco. In seperate bowl combine milk, and vanilla. On high heat melt butter. Immediately add sugar, salt and coco. Next add milk and vanilla. Stir constantly. Add peanut butter . Stir until mixture comes to boil. Remove from heat . Stir in oatmeal. Place by tablespoon on wax paper lined cookie sheets and refrigerate for 2-3 hour.
Best left in refrigerator, they get sticky
Hope you like them
How much is a stick of butter?

Me too GG
I will merge it with the other thread we have about recipies
Yummy pud you dont have too cook
1 vanilla pod
500mls whipped cream
100/150g ameretti buiscuts
splash of ameretto liq
100g brown sugar
100g dark choc
4 eggs seperated
Either the night before or 3-4 hours before you want to make this line a plastic container/tupperware box (must be one you can safely put in the freezer) line this with cling film. Then crush your buiscuits and stir in a splash of ameretto liq. Spread the mix of buiscuts and liq onto the bottom of your container and freeze
1 Melt your dark chocolate over a low heat
2 Remove from the heat when melted and beat in the egg yolks and sugar until its thick
2 Whisk the egg whites until they form peaks (same as if you were making a meringue) Then add your whisked egg whites to the bowl with your melted choc/yolks/sugar and mix together.
3 In a seperate bowl whip together your cream/vanilla seeds/splash of ameretto liq
4 Take your container form the freezer and pour your mixture over the frozen buiscut base and pop back into the freezer for a couple of hours before you want to serve it
It should slice easily and hopefully taste yummy
