not new, but had never introduced myself

hello all!

im not really new here- been here about a year, but had never introduced myself. i just launched into asking for help..i was in a really bad way at the time.

ok, im 33 years old, married, no kids (cause of anx)
dog lover, and i live in australia.
im finishing university and getting my degree in a few weeks. its been hard work!
ive been suffering anxiety disorder with a few panic attacks thrown in for approx 2 years now. im lucky i got away without it for so many years really, but am missing my pre anx life badly.
and scared ill never get it back. how can i even consider travelling overseas now?!?!
half of my day, im ok, the other half im feeling sick, and lightheaded, with occasional eye headaches.
i didnt fear anything, now i fear everything.
im currently looking to start part time work, but fearing i wont be able to cope. its all a catch 22 at the moment....
but like that little kitten on the branch, im hanging in there..for now....
