Would Citalopram cause my eyes to be red and irritated on the lid i.e looks like a hay fever sufferer could be my eye makeup but i do have a constant runny nose

I had sore eyes on it also its a side effect I kept changing my eye liner thinking it was that xxxx:hugs:
