Is this a skin tag?

Hi,
Trying to avoid posting much. But I think the state of the world is triggering any excuse for me to have health anxiety. 😞
I’ve noticed a few skin tags on my armpits before. Tonight, while trying to relax, I noticed there’s what looks to be a very irritated, blood-filled skin tag? It’s hard to explain. It’s the color of cherry angiomas, which my mom has, but it’s loose and disconnected like a skin tag. I’ve never had one this red?

Yes, that’s a skin tag that’s nearly ready to fall off. It’ll go a bit black and hard and then you can probably just pick it off. You can probably just leave it be, just make sure it’s clean.
