Hot flushes

Hey guys does anybody here have hot flushes sometimes? Even when I'm not too anxious just sitting on the couch sometimes I get them is so weird and I'm concerned is something serious

Me me! I get them pretty frequently actually. I know it is a natural body response during embarrassment or anxiety. You can be anxious and not even know it! It could be repressed and is coming out in a physical way. My face and ears will get very hot and red which causes anxiety but I have come to learn it is a normal body response. It’s common with hormonal shifts as well ( I’m a female)
