Hair loss quetapine

Hi I take venaflaxine 150mg and 37mg in the morning but have started to take quetapine from February this year I'm now on a 100mg dose before I go to sleep...my hair has started to fall out is this common? Will this stop OVERTIME?

It isn't a common side-effect, but it does occur usually starting a couple of months after beginning treatment. It will likely continue as long as you're taking quetiapine and it may take several months for hair density to then return to normal.

Are you taking it as a sleep aid, or because the venlafaxine isn't working well enough?
