Can anyone tell me if anxiety can actually cause your actual temperature to rise? I have been checking my temperature repeatedly with in ear thermometer and it reads anywhere between 36.9 to 38.4. I am having several other symptoms cough but tickle and hardly anything aches headache minor sore throat.

Yes it does cause it to rise.
If it’s up and down a lot then it’s very likely just one of those things.
