I live in the UK with my carer (I have multiple physical and emotional issues, requiring 24/7 care) so that can be difficult from day to day just doing the basics of life.
I joined this forum because I'd like a place to come when my anxiety and stress get too much, and my carer is not around to listen to me (she's good bless her, but she needs time to herself too). I really hope that this forum is a friendly one. I have been driven from other sites before because of lack of understanding.
their is other stuff I want to talk about concerning the current world situation, bbut I will do that later. I just wanted to quickly say hello.
