Hi all I have started to have frequent migraines with different symptoms but similar symptoms I wondered if anyone can relate to my experience of migraines and what have you done or used to help reduce them?
Today’s one for example I got quite flushed in the face then the headache started on my left side and now I have got a cold sensation down my face and pain and pressure behind my eye.
I’m in bed to try to rest it off.
I also had nausea and boat like feelings with this also ..... anyone else relate to this?
I’m getting them twice a week at the moment
