Hello,
So I’ve had numbness in my forehead for the past 5/6 days. I’m sure it’s just anxiety but it feels like a tight elastic band around my forehead and it’s constant and starting to trigger my anxiety. It feels weird obviously but it also feels a little achey/painful, it feels quite tight and burny if that makes any sense at all. Sometimes it’s all I can focus on and I guess if it is anxiety related that is what is keeping it there and making it worse.
I just wondered if anyone else had experienced anything like this? I have numbness in my arms, hands, legs and feet which I know is anxiety for sure and therefore goes quite quickly but this feels different.
