are their any other agoraphobics here who are struggling with this thought that the coronavirus/ lockdown period is actually making their agoraphobia worse
it is for me. I do get out (me and my carer go out to get basic stuff from the local shops) but it isn't pften, and we prefer to do stuff online
but, at least for me, this situation is making me feel I can't even do that. so in other words, when it is finally safe to go other places, I don't feel I will be able to because of this setback to my agoraphobia
anyone else?
