What is this thing on my nail?

Hi! IÂ’ve had this black thing on my toenail for a few weeks now... I donÂ’t know what it is, but I bite nails and I think I have been wearing some tight shoes... I donÂ’t remember stubbing it... well tbh l would be more concerned about you biting your nails omg the germs doesn't bare thinking about as for the bruise nothing to worry about l have had that myself tight shoes won't help take care stop biting yuck

I have trouble bending touching my toes let alone biting them.:D
