Skin very hot to touch but no high temp?

So when I woke up this morning the first thing I noticed was my neck was very warm. I thought it was just the blanket and it was a very warm day. Yet as the day gone on its stay over hot, it's nearly burning to touch. Yet my temp is normal enough. My Mam checked my neck and agree it was quite warm. It's a rather unsettling feeling, it's like a heat of fire that doesn't take a break.

I haven't been in the sun to get sun born or used anything new that may disagree with my skin. It's starting to freak me out. Like it's the start of something, with everything going on.

I'm really struggling, I can't do anything without feeling the horrible heat or it bothering me. It's getting worse, I'm shaking and when I get under the blanket I'm to hot. While the neck of my skin is quite bad, but everywhere is boiling to the touch now. I'm just exhausted and I'm gonna start to cry tbh. I know others have yt far worse here I know to get my chin uo
